Develop patient care team members into sexual health champions through one-on-one coaching or small group sessions. This coaching will concentrate on:
- the supporting evidence of the relationship between cancer and sexual health
- Normalizing the Conversation
- Setting Expectations
- Referring patients in a timely manner

Train the trainer program – learn to Host All of Me Workshops and Educational Programs to build out the Center of Excellence, develop a committee to sustain the momentum, and create a culture of prioritizing sexual health as a quality of life concern for all patients impacted by cancer
